Where does the money go?

100% of the net profits go to Direct Relief, a humanitarian aid organization helping the people affected by the earthquakes in Venezuela.

Will mine look like the photo?

Not exactly. Each bracelet is made from a one-of-a-kind mix of semi-precious stones, so yours will be as unique as you are.

How do I choose my size?

Get a string and measure your wrist exactly. Pick that size. I always add extra room for comfort and fit when I'm creating each piece.

Can I wear it in the shower or the pool?

Take it off before you swim or go to bed. Last on, first off. Chlorine and salt water are hard on gemstones, and long soaks wear out stretch cord. If it ever breaks, I'll restring it for free.

When will it ship?

I make each piece when you order it, and it ships from California in 1 to 4 business days. US shipping is free over $45, and I ship worldwide.

Can I have it gift wrapped?

Yes. Add gift wrap for $5 at checkout and I'll wrap it before it ships.

What if it doesn't fit?

If anything doesn't fit perfectly, I'll create a return label for you and replace it with your perfect size.

Can I return it if I don't like it?

Every piece is made to order, so I don't take returns, but I'm happy to exchange it for anything else you like better in my store.
