Q: My wrist is exactly 6 inches, should I order up one size for some breathing room? I don’t want it too tight. Thanks!
A: No. If your wrist is exactly 6 inch, please order the S - 6 inch wrist size! I always leave extra for comfort.
Q: Can I get my order gift wrapped?
A: Yes. Upon request we can gift wrap items in your order for an $5.00
You will be able to select Gift Wrap at Checkout.
Q: Can I order an item in a different size than it is listed (shorter/ longer)?
A: Yes, just please send us an email with your request and we will be happy to accommodate!
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days as we create each item upon ordering. You will receive a notification email with tracking information when it ships out from our office. Please note that if you order between July 20 and August 17, 2021, your order will ship August 18th as I am on vacation.
Q: I ordered an item but I received the wrong item in the package. What should I do?
A: Send us an e-mail and acquire a "Return Authorization" from Gogh Jewelry Design before sending the package back.
Q: What does hand-stamped mean?
A: These pieces are stamped by hand, one letter at a time, using letter pegs and a hammer. No machines are used. Because of this, please note that letters may not be perfectly aligned, perfectly centered or perfectly spaced. Pieces will vary and should not be seen an an imperfection. If you are expecting machine perfect items, Gogh Jewelry Design is not for you. If you cherish spiritual, hand-made, unique, and meaningful pieces, you came to the right place!
Q: Can I return my order and get a refund if I do not like/ want it upon receipt?
A: Due to the handmade, made to order nature of our meaningful jewelry we do not offer returns. However, if you are not in love with the product when it arrives, we will gladly exchange it for something else from our collection. Anything broken or does not fit perfect? We will fix it!
Q: Can I cancel my Monthly Membership?
A: Memberships can be cancelled anytime before the renewal date. The cancellation will be reflected after the remaining curations have shipped as scheduled for what has prepaid upfront.
If you would like to cancel your membership, please be sure to do so before your renewal date since the cancellation cannot be applied retroactively.
