I ordered a bracelet a while back and I reached out to Szvilia and explain to her that the colors of the healing gemstones were too dark and made me feel depressed when I wear the bracelet, so Szvilia replaced my bracelet with no cost to me for shipping and I absolutely love it!! Szvilia designed a bracelet with lighter healing gemstone colors that are truly beautiful and me. I haven’t taken the bracelet off except to shower:) Szvilia also repaired one of my many favorite Necklaces at zero cost and returned both to me perfectly unique and included two gifts as you can see from my picture. I love the tin and the Happy essential oil balm!! Thank you Szvilia
