Which necklace length should I pick?
It comes in 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 30 inch. 16 inch is a petite fit. 18 inch is the most popular, the average size. Pick 24 inch for layering. 30 inch is the best length for a long statement necklace.
Will the silver tarnish?
Sterling silver tarnishes naturally over time. Clean it with a soft toothbrush and a little toothpaste, or send it back and I'll polish it for free.
When will it ship?
I make each piece when you order it, and it ships from California in 1 to 4 business days. US shipping is free over $45, and I ship worldwide.
Can I have it gift wrapped?
Yes. Add gift wrap for $5 at checkout and I'll wrap it before it ships.
What if it doesn't fit?
If anything doesn't fit perfectly, I'll create a return label for you and replace it with your perfect size.
Can I return it if I don't like it?
Every piece is made to order, so I don't take returns, but I'm happy to exchange it for anything else you like better in my store.
